TRANSFORMING THE 20TH STATE OF THE PORT

The 20th State of the Port event in Long Beach celebrated the Port's environmental achievements, including a 92% reduction in diesel emissions since adopting its Green Port Policy in 2005. Port CEO Mario Cordero highlighted a record-breaking 2024 with 9.6 million containers moved. Future projects discussed include the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility and Pier Wind project, aimed at improving cargo movement and supporting clean energy goals.

We played a pivotal role in delivering technical support and sustainable AV solutions for the 20th State of the Port event, ensuring a seamless and visually stunning experience for all attendees. To showcase crystal-clear visuals, we utilized double-stacked 32K Lumen Laser Projectors, illuminating an 18x20 ft main screen and two supporting 11x20 ft screens, creating an immersive viewing experience for the 960 attendees.

State of the Port Lighting

Lighting was strategically designed to enhance the stage, highlight signage, and create a polished atmosphere. With distinguished speakers, including the Mayor of Long Beach, crisp and balanced audio was essential. Our expert audio configuration ensured every word was heard with clarity.

The entire event was professionally recorded and live-streamed, extending its reach to viewers unable to attend in person.
